An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ba9999 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable policy. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. Real money balances will not be reduced to below zero as a result of inactivity fees.

The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms at the time of offer. Unless stated otherwise, free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds subject to a wagering requirement of at least 30x.
